• Anterior chamber aqueous humor drains through trabecular network, canal of Schlemm, eventually to internal jugular vein

• Vascular choroid plexus

• Optic nerve- subarachoid space only filled with fluid with CSF pressure increase = papilledema

Optic nerve is an extension of the brain.

Common theme is drainage to the internal jugular venous system.
